St Ives?

Just looking at some UK breaks for next year - me, DH and what will be a 1yo DD. Is this a good place to go in about May? Any recommendations of what to do/where to stay? I'm open to anything as I've only just started looking!

St Ives is a great place to stay. I would consider a holiday cottage rather than a hotel. Good beaches - but she might be running about wearing a coat in May. Lots of nice places in close proximity - plenty of pubs for lunch, family friendly restaurants. You should have a nice family holiday. My only other thought is that the far south west is a long drive with a small child in the car so take that into account.

Thanks, I'm getting excited now! I think we'll make a day of the journey down so hopefully break it up a bit. Holiday cottages sound good, will look some up!
