I’ve got a load to use up, I was thinking a salad but any ideas?

Oregano on roast potatoes is amazing 😍 carrot and coriander soup? Not sure about the dill though!

Dill - on boiled potatoes, potato salad, mixed into cream cheese and served with jacket potatoes, as a sauce on fish, on chicken, with prawns, in beetroot soup, in a salad, with cheese in an omelette - so many different things.

Coriander - with chicken, in a curry, in a salad, as pesto, in carrot, butter bean and coriander soup, bean or lentil salads, with chilli, garlic and lemon with prawns, in chilli and the accompaniments.

Oregano. Pizza. Tomato soup. As pesto. In bread.

Or hang them up by the boiler to dry and store in airtight containers or freeze in an ice cube tray with oil and leave thinking about them again for another day?
