Does anyone techy have any insight... as i cannot seem to find my answer online! I have had an alexa for about a year. A few months ago it would randomly start playing heart fm. It would appear as a command in my communication log, but no voice - looks like an app command. It would start playing when i was asleep in bed alone etc. Nobody else has access the amazon account as my ds is far too young. It freaked me out after a few times so i signed out, reset the alexa and created a new email address to link app too. All good and no issues. A few months later and surprise surprise.. its started again. Anyone able to show any help? I dont need the "this is why i wouldnt have one" etc - it is incredibly useful and use it multiple times a day.... just need someone with some tech insight in case its me doing something! And its always heart fm... nothing else! And always around this time of night too 🤔
