I have never before managed to keep a new years resolution I have terrible self control
Diets nah won't last a day
Excersising nope
New hobby a week tops

I have hit upon a winner pissing off my Fil (I love my Mil) with rubber ducks

I have just orderd 100 and will be getting more 🤣

I drop my DC off most mornings at Ils and I will be hiding these ducks around the house for all of 2020

So far will be hiding them in
the toilet
the fridge
Freezer
Bread bin
Cupboards

I cant get upstairs without them noticing it's me and my dd1 would blab in a heartbeat if I got her to help

My dh thinks I'm mad
Anyone else have any silly new years resolutions?

So you're going to buy lots of rubber ducks and hide them for a full year in their house ..... ok I think they might notice.. my NY resolution is drinking more:)

fitzbilly · 30/12/2019 20:32

Um. I have no words

Budgiesareloud · 30/12/2019 20:41

Yep
Hopefully they do notice them

I was going to go for googly eyes on their fruit but they have all the grandkids around most days and itd be a choking risk

Life should be more fun

The fruit one is good - slip a random vegetable in their fruit bowl every so often.

Add random things to their calendar Grin

Write shopping lists and pin on fridge.
