Need a new oven, do they still come with a plug?

The ones I'm looking at say they need installed, we are skint and want a basic oven with a plug dh can fit in the space the old one is on. The old one has a plug.
Has things changed that they don't have plugs now?

You could manage without one of you get an air fryer and pressure cooker. Not much that they can’t do between them. And a low cooker if you have money left over.

I wired my own in, I had to replace mine this week after it died on Christmas day and it was a stretch to afford the replacement cooker without installation. It's basically the same as wiring a plug.
