So there's always the wrap or not wrap discussion at Christmas. With people going either waso if you don't wrap kids tree/stocking presents. Do you wrap their birthday presents?

If you do, why? Is it any different?

We don't wrap stocking presents because the stocking is the wrapping.

Wrap all presents I give for Christmas and birthdays.

Santa doesn’t wrap the presents to the children, which includes bigger presents and a stocking with smaller stuff.

A bit of a tangent, but I only learned this year thanks to MN that some people don't wrap Christmas presents! I've never heard of or experienced this!

Stocking presents don't count, although I do tend to wrap them and when I was a kid they were wrapped as it slowed me down and got my mum a few more minutes sleep!

Wrapping is such a waste of paper tbh - I never wrap anything !

I wrap everything including stuff in stockings. I use coloured tissue sometimes and tie with ribbon. I like wrapping Xmas Smile

My mum doesn't wrap either.

I don’t think a lot of MNers get that people wrap their presents and it’s only presents from Santa that they don’t wrap. It seems to be different in Ireland than the UK in that Santa brings the big presents not the parents (I’ve seen posts here saying Santa just brings the stocking).
