Which iPhone should I upgrade to?

Currently got a 6 and I've held off for years as my phone is fine but I need to upgraded now as this is so slow.
Do I need the 11 or something else?

11 (not the 11 Pro unless you need the third camera)

Or if you want to save money then the XR. Avoid the 8, it's long in the tooth now.

There is no 11 Mini. In fact the 11 (not the Pro) is a big old phone. 6.5 inches.

Rumour is that Apple might make a smaller phone next year but I wouldn't hold out.

There's a rumour that there'll be a new, smaller, iPhone announced in March. I'm holding out for that because I don't want a phablet.

@stripeypillowcase have a look at the iPhone SE, but hold out for a bit, because there's rumours that it might be updated. It's meant to be a 5s body with 6 internals. It's possible that it may increase in size, though.
