How have the 2010s been for you?

Sorry if this has already been done.

I was 27 in 2010. Since then met my husband, got married, bought a house, had 2 kids and changed jobs a couple of times. Feels life has changed massively and I sometimes miss those days when I had a lot less responsibility. Have lost too many family and friends over the last 10 years but ultimately it’s been a good decade for me.

What about everyone else?

Got married.
My last grandparent died.
Had DS.
A period as a SAHM (which I hated).
Bought the house we plan to be in until DS leaves home.
Got a job I really enjoy with decent employers.
Had cancer.

Had my first DS in 2010
Had my second DS in 2011
Got married in 2012
Bought a house in 2013
Had my third DS in 2014
Lost my stepdad on New Year's Day 2015
Turned 30 in 2017
Had my fourth DS in 2018. Also lost my father this year.
Started college to do an access to midwifery course in 2019.

Hopefully starting my midwifery degree in 2020 🤞
