I have come off cilest at the end of my pack and am now 45 days since the first day of my withdrawal bleed. I am slightly concerned as I have been on it for 18 years and naively didn't realise your periods don't come straight back. Was anyone else on it this long and if so how long did it take for you to have your first proper period?
