I’ve been trying to move money between accounts for 12 hours now unsuccessfully. I’m on holiday in a place where my phone doesn’t work, so is going to be really tricky to call them! I have googled it, and some people have complained today that the same has happened to them. So wondering if anyone banks with them and is having the same issue? If it’s not specific to my account then I guess I just wait but would be helpful to know. It’s going to make things difficult for me if it isn’t sorted soon as most of my money is in various savings accounts (as usually I move money as needed) and so only have £100 in my current account. I don’t know what to do if it isn’t sorted soon.
