Help- looking for specific Christmas dec to replace stolen one

Does anyone have a Christmas decoration like this one that they would be willing to give up? My dd's friend has had her bag stolen while out shopping with this decoration inside. The bag has been recovered, but the thieves took her purse and this dog. It has huge sentimental value, and she's had a tough time recently. If anyone has one they would be willing to part with I am willing to pay!

I will suggest that to her mum Fraser's mummy thank you.

Apparently it was a bum bag, but the little girl took it off and put it down while she looked at something. It was gone in seconds.
