Ok so I'm gradually piling on the fat and not feeling good about my terrible sugar laden diet. Christmas is over- although we have lots of sweet things left in house- I feel I need to do something.
I have 2 young children and I'm starting a full on job in the new year.
So I'm thinking low carb is the way to go and go cold turkey on the chocolate. But I really could do with meal prepping and slow cooker meals as work etc. ( I also have dd gluten free)
Any advice or ideas welcome.
I'm thinking salads with a protein for me and same protein with carbs for rest of family. Soups, omelettes....
