Cinema with 7mo

Hi Grin DP bought discounted cinema tickets he didn't end up using which run out in the next couple of days.
We were supposed to go tonight but wound each other up.
Not ideal to ask for a babysitter again so do you think it would be okay to take our 7mo along to a day time viewing?
Film will be family one anyway.

My only concern would be it could be too loud for such a little one. Do you have any baby ear defenders? Although I think that daytime family films are generally a bit quieter. Might be worth giving the cinema a call to ask.
Be prepared that you won't necessarily get to watch the whole film though!

Is your 7mo really likely to be quiet for the duration of a whole film? If the cinema allows customers to bring in babies (which I think you should check rather than assume) you would need to be prepared to take your baby out the moment he/she starts making a noise/crying. Anything else would be very inconsiderate to the other customers.

Thanks for the advice, I did think I already knew the answer but wanted to see others and what made me think otherwise is I have a very chilled and happy 7mo so being like that throughout film was highly likely.
But turns out we can book the tickets before 31st for a film at a date after that so we can sort a babysitter out and I'd rather truly relax Smile
