Does anyone cook frozen chips in a halogen oven?

SIL looking to get one for her sandwich van which has no ventilation so cannot have fryers. Does anyone know how long it would take to cut frozen fries and how many portions you can do?

Wouldn't an air fryer be better for the job? They are basically halogen ovens anyway. Often do oven chips in ours, take about 8 mins for thin cut French fries from frozen, more like 10 for thick cut home style chips.

They are an option. Just wanting to know the stats for the ovens to compare.

I've got an air fryer, and they cook beautifully.
