I got a weighted blanket as a gift for Christmas - something I've wanted for a while as I suffer from fibromyalgia and anxiety and I'd read that they can be helpful for both.
Appreciate it's early days but I've slept using it twice and I'm not sure I like it - I'm in pain with my back and hips but this could be because I sleep on my side/front naturally so the weight could be causing my joints stress. Tried sleeping on my back but naturally I tend to roll over.
Does anyone else use one? I'm just interested as to whether it takes a while to adjust and whether it helps or if I'm using it wrong
