To cancel in laws for Sunday lunch. I've come down with a raging kidney infection. The ooh have prescribed me antibiotics, and this is the worst one I've had in 4 years (and I had a few two years ago). I just want to stay in bed, and near my own toilet!

Of course not. DH needs to ring them soon to explain you are ill, and lunch will be rearranged.

No. Let them know asap. Kidney infections are no joke. You could still be feeling like shit on Sunday and in no humour to host/visit inlaws (unsure if they're coming to you or you're going to them). If you were due to go to them then let Dh and kids (if any) head off and get a days rest.
