I'm in pain
My right breast started hurting. Deep breaths make it hurt more.
It's very sore.
It was infected a couple of weeks ago but has been fine since.
I just want to moan.

I think it actually hurts more now than it did when it was infected at the beginning of the month!
Fucking horrible.

Would a hot compress help at all? Or do you just want to whinge and feel sorry for yourself? I mean that in a nice way not a 'woman up and soldier on' sort of way.

Warm bath and dunk your boobs in! Hot compress deff whilst curled up with tv/ book and chocolates. Moan away it's an awful pain

Have you tried cabbage leaves? I used to do that though that was 13 years ago so maybe advice has changed? If so ignore me, i just remember the misery. It was cold cabbage leaves then warm towel alternatively in my day. Hope you feel better soon x

That was for engorgement and mastitis caused by breast feeding, apologies if i have the wrong end of the stick.

Warm compress hasn't helped. I'm sat with it on my boob, while crying that it's sore.
Not so D P has decided he's going for a bath, so can't have a bath.

speedy no breastfeeding. Littlest is 4 now.
