DH away for a couple of weeks now and I’m not going to be able to get out for a run without a babysitter. What’s good for at home exercise? Am bored of 30 day shred!!

Get a hula hoop.

I make my own little routines up as I hate doing the same all the time.
You could do something like
Squat jumps
High knees
Lunge to fly
Burpees
X3 for 30 seconds each

That will be your cardio, then you could choose your own strength exercises that you can take your time on.
Choose around 6 or so and do 8 reps of each exercise for 3 rounds.

Put music on and dance.

Joe Wicks -The Bodycoach on YouTube. He used to be quite irritating in the old days, but has moderated his 'thing' and I now spend at least 4 mornings a week with him in my garage. The boxing day HIIT from yesterday really made me feel like I had worked again.

I've been using the game 'just dance 2020' this week and feel like I'm using muscles I haven't in years lol. I have it on the nintendo switch but Xbox One does it too. Not sure about other platforms. Think you could pick up a Wii u with the older versions for pretty cheap now.

Enjoying it. Taken me about twenty tries to half master the dances haha but, fun. And makes you sweat.

Kettlebells for weights as super versatile and T25 for cardio

The Nike app is free and really good - you can put in what equipment you have - ie none if you are at home - and it'll show you workouts using plyometric / own body exercises or HIIT type workouts.
