Please help! I've got hideous upper wind that stinks of egg! Isn't painful as such but it's foul! I've tried Pepto bismal anyone else have any solutions?

Is your stomach okay? I ask as years ago, I also had sulphuric burping. I was told this is a sign of something fermenting in the digestive system.
In my case, I just let it run its course over a couple of days.
