HALP Piglet John? Dripping Combi boiler

In Christmas tradition a vital household appliance is being a dick. Our ultracom 35 is slowly but apparently constantly dripping water.

Piglet John or anyone else have any ideas? Is it urgent/requiring of an engineer? Or can we just let it cool down then try depressurising it? It's dripping underneath from the little yellow tipped tap thing.

Fuck sake.

I feel your pain, our gas boiler gave up on Christmas Eve luckily we have a wood burner that will do the radiators and hot water so hanging on to call someone out til after the break. It’s one of those rules isn’t it. Ovens and freezers have gone in previous years in the family! Good luck 😉

I assume it is your inlet valve, washer probably. If you have covered under house insurance phone e now as this won't be urgent so better to get on the call out list. Am not a plumber but had same problem for months before did anything about it.
