Where would you go?

... for a holiday at the end of March/beginning of April.

We want sun, a swimming pool, something that'll entertain 3&4 year olds, preferably all inclusive.

We haven't had a holiday for over 4 years ... well, we attempted one but it ended in disaster... which has been the theme of our lives for about 5 years

We're going to have a holiday this year and we will bloody well enjoy it!

Please send me recommendations.

Budget?

We have a couple of grand and could probably scrape together a bit more before March... however, I'm married to a Yorkshireman, so the cheaper the better

You aren't going to get guaranteed sun on that budget at that time of year sadly or an outdoor swimming pool (some pools in canaries are heated but they are usually higher end of the budget) Canaries is probably your best bet, should be ok weather wise although a risk but our April holiday is a trip to a theme park in Holland as we tend to be disappointed looking for European sun before June
