How did you all get started in dating after a separation?

Joined Tinder! (Thanks to another MN thread 😂)

Dipping my toes into Speed Dating in New Year. Been before and surprisingly fun. Just another option to online dating.

How long have you been separated?

I haven’t. 2 years later and I still can’t face it and do you know what, I’m ok with it. Don’t have time for anyone else and love being in my own.

Haven't here either. Been divorced almost 6 years and I'm still not dating. Can't be bothered frankly.

Introduction by a mutual friend. Married for 10 years now.
I had been divorced for 6 years and firmly single.

Decided a year after ex-H moved out that it was time to move on, went to a gig & started flirting! Had a sweet short lived fling with a bloke I met at that gig (friend of a friend) who was also tentatively dipping his toe back into dating which got me over the can-I-really-do-this-25-years-later fear. Got together with my now DP a few months later, again met at an event, & we've been together 2 years now.

It's been a year for me, after being married for 19 years. I truly dnt think I'm ready as it's all still so raw for me. Its one of those things that goes through your mind I guess. Will you ever find love again in this crazy world.
