This was my Christmas Eve Dinner.
No idea what I'm having today, I'm on my own until tomorrow so probably many, many cheese.

Ivykatie44, Hilda44 what's the Yorkshire recipe, made mine last night and they are flat, flat,flat. Eating later as man in charge of meat timings 

One cup flour, one cup milk, one cup eggs. Rest if possible, hot oven and oil.

Can't coz it's in ma belly!
Can barely move.
Was great.

Could show you a photo of ma belly..but that'd put you off your dinners! 😂

Mary Berry Yorkshire pudding recipe & used lard, they tasted amazing and had some substance..rather than to light & airy ifykwim

I used lard for the potatoes and they were also delicious

Definitely use lard again for the Yorkshire’s and Mary berry’s recipe with 3 eggs

We had garlic mushrooms is yorkshire pudding to start and ginger and chocolate cheesecake to finish - so yummy.

Had to crop a relative out of this

I'd already eaten cauliflower, most of my Brussels and carrots and there was mash under the mountain of roasties

No picture but we had tender lamb, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, butter and honey glazed roasted parsnips, cauliflower cheese, bacon wrapped around a sausage meat and Bramley apple mix. Plus gravy of course. And it was AMAZING!
