Baby is gone to bed, going to attempt bringing ds (6) up in a few mins.

What time are you putting your little ones down?

I've just put DD7 down, I've laid down on my bed while she settles which was probably a mistake as I'm feeling decidedly sleepy.

DS10 is in the shower but he'll be up for a good while longer, he's lovely company though and no trouble to go when I say it's time, he'll just read til he's sleepy.

I'm soooo tired. Soooo much still to do.

@lemon

That's the problem, I'm so tired aswell and want to go to bed already. Ds has just gone up, luckily he is good to go down as well. I'll check on him in half an hour and if he's asleep I'll get everything ready and head to bed myself.

Do you have your wrapping done?

Most of it, a couple of bits came after I was done so have to wrap those. Everything is hidden in the depths of my wardrobe so have to wait for them both to fall fast asleep before I drag it all downstairs. I have the kitchen to clean still, I need to shower and wash my hair and would like some chill out time too!

DD can't settle. She has additional needs and just can't cope with everything bless her.

It's a touch time of year with so much excitement and change, I hope she manages to settle soon and enjoys tomorrow

I just want to go downstairs, get an alcoholic drink, put pressies under tree, and watch love actually!!

7yo and 5yo are still screeching around upstairs. Sigh.
