Chicken pox - infected?

Hi my 7yo son is on day 5 of chicken pox. He's been feeling really unwell and has a lot of spots. We went to Ooh last night as I was really worried. She said they don't look infected but to go back if it changed. I'm not sure if this looks infected or not? I'm new here and don't know how to attach pic 😕

If it's red, hot, swollen, inflamed or looks yellowy, then it may well be infected.
It doesn't need to be all of the above, either.

It happened to my older kids when they got it. I think it's probably quite common.
