Rules. Post two questions- one lowbrow, one highbrowish. No googling allowed, for setting or answering- Mumsnetter’s honour. I’ll start.
I. What is the significance of 537ONN?

  1. Who wrote “ Here no tide runs; we have come, last and best,
From the wide zone through dizzying circles hurled, To that still centre where the spinning world Sleeps on its axis, to the heart of rest.” If you’re answering, include the setter’s name and the question number in your post.

DH says 1 is associated with the iconic car of a 1970s crime-fighting duo

I know 2 because it's a sonnet quoted in Gaudy Nights (Sayers). And the anagram of the name is, "I like Mr. W. H. as a pal, see".

Some anagrams of historical figures that are appropriate to the characters/life from which they come.

A 1: A randy howl.

A 2 Rage on, ye cold mute sailor.

A 3 Tell Carson Alfie was wholly frigid.

A 4 I, er, mean, Not eat it.

A 5 Learn, I'm truth.

1. Who used to be on the old 5 pound note that was phased out in 2017 and what were they famous for?

Wasn't this based on Angels with Dirty Faces but in reality especially made for HA rather than a film that exists (so to speak)? Angels with Dirty Souls?
