Fingers crossed you’re not or that it passes in 24 hours.

I hope so, I really thought I’d got away with it this year.

Could it be stress / anxiety? As opposed to an actual bug?

Anyone else ill?

Possibly, I’ve had stomach flu this past few day’s but the being sick thing was just one day.
I hope it isn’t for your sake. Flowers

I’ve been like this all night, feeling nauseous but not actually being sick. I’m convinced it anxiety, I had norovirus 5 years ago with a house full (11) and no one else lifted a finger. Ever since I get this sick panicky feeling all over Christmas in case it happens again. I’m organised, house cleaned, food bought, presents wrapped etc

Not that it even matters especially this year as I’m only hosting Christmas day tea but I just can’t shake the feeling off. Going to work this morning as I have a full clinic until 2pm hopefully that will give me a sense of perspective - it’s one day ffs.

Thanks for the comfort ladies, still not actually been sick but feeling very nauseous, headachey and getting hot sweats. Whatever it is, isn’t in a hurry to develop
