Anyone suffering with MH problems over Christmas?

My depression is really bad at the moment. I need to go to the pharmacy to get my medication, I need to get some food in, I need to clean up the place. I'm still in bed at 4pm. This has become standard lately, I just have no energy and feel drained 24/7. My anxiety is so bad at the moment too, I don't want to go out in public but I've had no meds today and it's dangerous to go without them.

I ran out a few days ago but I can't face the crowds of Christmas shoppers out there. The meds don't actually help my anxiety or depression so it doesn't make a difference for me. It sounds like you really need to get yours though. Is there anyone who could pick them up for you?

@FallingApartNC Yeah, they're partly for my epilepsy so without them could end in seizures, I ended up going to collect them this evening and gagging some food bits in but it was so busy and I spent the evening exhausted and feeling horrid. I can never sleep at night either so it's going to be a tiring day tomorrow.

Yes, Xmas can be a difficult time for lots of people and for lots of reasons.

I have definitely felt more anxious and tired myself. Try to be kind to yourself. It can be difficult when it seems like there is so much to do but putting yourself first sometimes is the right thing to do.

Congratulate yourself for sorting out meds and food for yourself whilst feeling unwell and finding this challenging to do.

I'm sorry you're finding things hard right now.
