Anybody having problems with Birchbox this month?

I haven’t received my Birchbox yet. Paid on the first of the month, have emailed and received nothing back. The website says the latest dispatch date would be the 16th, but I haven’t received an email notifying me of a dispatch. Is anybody else experiencing this?

I've had problems with their courier in the past. Contact Birchbox customer services and they should send out another box via Royal Mail
