6 month old constantly poos

My 6 month old is constantly pooing in every nappy, most of them are really watery and im always having to change his clothes because it always leaks! Hes been like this 3/4 weeks now. I have been giving him tastes of more foods but he doesn't eat alot and prefers his milk still so i feel like i cant even put it down to food. He doesn't have a temperature and hes still his happy self. Anyone else experience this?

Take him to the GP, that's far too long to have an upset stomach without getting medical advice if it can't be attributed to anything he's eating.

mines been a bit runny but maybe thats because i introduced prunes.Mine had the worst constipation when i first started weaning so i mixed some ellas kitchen prunes into her morning porridge .I give her porridge every few days and it seem to sort it.But now its gone in opposite direction.

Mines only been like this a few days though ,i find giving mine swede and brussel sprouts really firm things up.Its so much fun trying to get them to eat ,mine throws most of her food
