this is my first post here though I've read through a lot of them and if at all this isn't the right place to post my question, do guide on to where I should be putting it up.
I'm a newly qualified driver. I used to drive in another country but for insurance purposes I'll be classified as a new driver.
I'm looking at getting a basic car but not too expensive about 4k. I'm not looking for a new car but just need some common sense advice on what I should be looking at especially in terms of mileage, age of the car etc. really want to keep everything quite low atm...
