Saggy boobs, feeling deflated. Anyone else?

I use to be so body confident. I still like the way my body looks, but, it's my boobs.

It's devastating. They look depressed Grin They just go straight down.

I use to be a perk B cup but I'm now a very saggy C cup.

I've only had one DC too and I'm 21. Maybe it's because I'm so young that I feel they should look better.

Breastfeeding a 2 year old is taking its toll for sure

I've never had perky boobs, I swear the grew downwards... Nothing a decent bra doesn't hide out and about and I don't really care when I'm at home :o

I hear you sister.
Mine were lovely and perky, now they look 'flat'
When I lay on my back they look like a pair of failed to rise bread rolls.
Still, least they keep my armpits warm.

Wakey I also have the bread roll look Grin

I shall claim they're Waitrose and be happy with my lot

Ah I'm the same, I had ds when I was 22 and my boobs were amazing, now, not so much. I occasionally get them trapped in my armpit Grin

It did used to get me down and knocked my confidence a lot along with the stretch marks and ruined abdomen. I never had nice legs but had an acceptable midriff and nice boobs, now I only really look ok from the collarbones up.

I'm used to it now though and while I'll never wear a bikini or a bra with no wires I'm not hideous, and the saggy boobs make me laugh now

Yep yep yep. 3 kids. 4 years of breastfeeding altogether. Like a pair of deflated balloons. 😣

Get a decent balconette bra and hoist them up. I did and haven't seen my toes since.

BillywigSting · 23/12/2019 00:32

Yes to balconnet bras! Hard no to plunge bras. They make even the models boobs look saggy.
