Ear plug recommendation please!

So.. my partner has a problem with his nose and snores like a bloody trooper!

I'm in need of some ear plugs for when I stay over because it's becoming an absolute nightmare trying to sleep when I'm there and I'm close to smothering him with the pillow😂😂 (of course I'm joking but you know what people are like on here..)

So ahh recommendations of ear plugs people have used and whether they will block out some or most of the noise please 😁

Alpine ear filters.

You can choose the level of attenuation, choose the size of the inserts, they're soft and incredibly effective and come in a handy case - around twenty quid online.

Boots wax muffles are the best.

I use foam ones, called spark plugs. I find they don't totally cut out DHs snoring when hes at hos worst, but do most of the time.

Amazon sell a trial pack of about 12 different foam ear plugs for about £3 I bought that and now just stock up on the ones Iike.

@gigglingHyena thank you!! I'll have a look at them.

My dad got me some from his work as he works in a factory so I'll see if they work first of all 😂🙈

You want the dedicated 'ladies' ear plugs. I use Macks Dream Girl I buy in a jar from Amazon. We apparently have thinner ear canals than men and I have to say having moved from Quies to these they are a hell of a lot comfier.
£9.99 for 50 pairs on Prime, and for some reason my link is horrendously long
