How much gravy to make?

I’m going to make Jamie’s get ahead gravy today but not sure how much to make. The recipe is for 1L but there’s 8 of us eating so not sure if that’s enough? Any gravy experts out there? Thanks

How much do you all like? We have lots more than that for 6, but we all drown everything. If you all like a drier plate, it may be enough.

I would double it, never have too much gravy.

Well, the 4 of us usually have 250ml of gravy with a normal roast.
So for 8 that would be 500ml.
You have bigger helpings on Christmas Day, but 1litre still sounds OK to me.

We like it swimming 🙈 so probably more I’m guessing. I might need to pop out and get some more ingredients...

I have about half a litre to myself, so if I'm coming then you'll be needing more than that. You'll need more for leftovers too.
