Sent home from A&E without diagnosis. No AF since September. Sharp abdominal pain on left side only for a week. Blood in urine. Now scant watery vaginal bleeding. High lactate in serum. Consultant ruled out ectopic as no HCG - is that right? Feel and look preggers (2nd baby) , age 43 . Sore and confused
