I have felt since the start of summer a tiny hard pip size lump in my breast. Almost feel jaggy when i run my finger over it. It has grown very slightly. Should i be worried. Anyone else had this

I had one of these, felt like a dried pea. Had it removed at my GP surgery and it was tested, turned out to be a cyst.
Try not to worry and go get it checked x

It's probably a cyst. But it isn't worth taking the chance. Go see your GP.

Hi, I am a nurse and worked in breast surgery years ago. Most of these lumps are nothing to worry about but they definitely need to be tested.
The good need is you should’nt be kept waiting long for this, go to your GP and they’ll get the ball rolling.
Please don’t ignore it. Best to have your mind put at ease.

Any lump or change needs investigating so please go to your GP. You'll be referred under the 2ww which is standard practice so don't be alarmed.

I went earlier this year and it's a great service where all tests are done in the one appointment and you get a good idea of what you are dealing with.

Sounds like a cyst but you need to see your GP.
Does it move or is it fixed?

I had the same under my arm almost, had a mammogram and it was a cyst, nothing to worry about.
Having it checked out was no problem, see your gp.

Definitely get it checked out - a colleague of mine had breast cancer (she fully recovered) - her lump was smaller than a pea when she found it
