Is it just me who cannot stand the use of this phrase? Often seen on Facebook groups, especially residents’ pages or buying groups.

It is the most pointless addition to any post given admin will delete it if they want to.

Even worse is when the post is completely benign.... how disappointing!

I see it as arrogance. ”I can't be bothered to read your rules but if you don't like it YOU remove it”

Probably posted by the sort of person that parks across a disabled space with hazards on because they're only going to be a minute at the cash point.

As far as I can see it's usually a post that clearly isn't allowed, but they want to post it anyway and hope that will make them look innocent, and that it will be up for long enough for lots of people to see it.
