8months pregnant and moving house tomorrow so spending tonight on a camp bed as removals guys took our bed away today. I am unbelievably uncomfortable and bump barely fits inside sleeping bag. Thank god it's only for one night!

Tonight it’s sciatica pain, and when I do finally find a comfortable position my restless legs start going and ruining it, and then if I actually manage to start drifting off at some point I can guarantee dh will suddenly let out a murder inducing snore/snort🤬

MotherOfLittlePeople · 21/12/2019 05:12

I'm awake because I'm sleeping downstairs on the sofa with my DD1 who's not well. She's fast asleep yet I can't get back to sleep. Due to get up soon any ways 😩

RosieposiePuddingandPi · 21/12/2019 05:29

I've been awake since 4 with a hideous tickly cough that won't stop.
The house is like a furnace and I'm hideously uncomfortable but if I get up properly and start doing things I'll wake both children and they'll want to start the day.
DS will be up in the next half hour anyway so I'm just waiting for him really!

Zofloraqueen27 · 21/12/2019 05:33

Worrying how I will cope when my terminally ill husband of 53 years leaves me.

Frenchw1fe · 21/12/2019 05:40

@Zofloraqueen27 I'm sorry you're going through this. Hopefully you have some support. It must be very tough.

I'm awake because we have a long journey tomorrow by car and ferry so my brain knowing I need sleep has decided to do the opposite.

Elizabethtailor · 21/12/2019 05:45

Worrying about everything there is to worry about. Feeling sick about everything.
Zoflora- sending my best to you and your family.

abitoflight · 21/12/2019 05:53

I'm awake because I'm so bloody cross at 17 yo DD2
She's so untidy and disorganised both in herself and her habits and in her room. I've written a list to speak to her about it.

As DD1 would say, I'm on my very last wick with her

JellyfishandShells · 21/12/2019 06:21

It is bucketing down outside and idiot neighbour has repositioned his metal bin ( that isn’t even used as a bin) back to just the right position to catch all the rain pouring off from his blocked gutter. The noise is incredible and I am planning how to shove said neighbour upside down into bin.

My youngest came up and got in bed about 3am... she’s not well and I’m a little worried about her. She feels like she’s on fire.

Also that I hope whatever she has goes soon as my mums got COPD and we’re there for Christmas and I don’t want her to get it.

I’ve got presents to wrap and food to buy and I’m lying here listening to the rain. I live near Tonbridge and everyone around here is flooding and it’s awful. We’re ok as we’re In and elevated position, but a friend has lifted all their furniture off the floor.

This close to Christmas is just shit

Icanflyhigh · 21/12/2019 06:47

I woke up at 4am for a drink.... and that was that, been awake since and DP is snoring soundly beside me!

YahooGmail · 21/12/2019 06:49

Generally at the moment either a pregnancy symptom, my 18 month old waking or my husband snoring will keep me awake. Up now for the day anyway
