Perfume recommendations for my mum please?

Hi,

I wanted to buy a 'top up' present for my mum and know she likes Gold from Next, as a daytime perfume, however their 100ml is out of stock online and due to basically being works bitch between now and 28th I'm not going to get chance to trek 2 hours by bus there and back to the nearest branch.
I've no idea what it smells like, so have been trying to come up with an alternative but drawing a blank. I rarely wear perfume myself, use body sprays for work and have ghost that someone bought me, I'm not really bothered how it smells as long as it's not gag worthy!
Mum is 65 and likes a 'light day perfume' for lunch out and stuff - anyone have any recommendations please? Couple of chemists locally with a fair stock between them and I have Amazon prime on trial so might be able to get something next day delivery on there.

Next Gold is discontinued I think. And I think it was an Amber fragrance, so not necessarily ‘light daytime’ but warm and resinous.

Hermes L’Ambre des Merveilles Might fit the bill? Gentle if you apply lightly and a warm, classic amber fragrance.

For a nice, easily available, inoffensive daytime fragrance I’d recommend something from Narciso Rodriguez musk range.

I don’t think you can beat a bit of ck 1 still reasonable and lasts a long time.

Look for Golden Dust on Ebay and amazon. The main notes include honeysuckle, caramel and vanilla, there are several versions but this one is the closest and its not expensive;

I'm a similar age to your DM and my DD gave me Woman by Ralph Lauren last year. I normally go for woody, spicy flavours and this is lighter, more floral but still warm. I wore it all summer, and (more daytime) in the winter, and I love it.
