How do I make this light up?

I have been given a lovely M&S Led winter Spiced Candle but how do I make the lights come on?! It is a normal candle in the middle (that you light with a match) surrounded by some kind of glittery goo which I assume is where the led lights are. BUT there is no switch! Am I missing something obvious?

On the website it shows the bulbs come on when you light the wick.

Does anyone know if you can buy refills for these? I have a lovely one but once candle is gone I can’t use it. M&S do a pack which includes 2 refills and another candle holder but I just need refills
