Christmas eve first date !!!

Just got a text asking me to go out Xmas eve with a lovely man I met a few weeks ago.Now in full on panic! Quick,should I go?

It's a ticket event ,music in a bar. I have no plans except the usual crazy Xmas eve last minute shopping.But I'm going to get organised now,and I really want to go .Think I'm gonna say yes!

Update... Was mortified when I was in the scrum for the last minute goodies in Tesco,looked up and saw my date on the same mission!I had no make up on,wild hair and scruffy leggings.Anyway,he laughed and we hugged in the middle of the Yule logs.I rushed home beetroot faced,and spent 2 hours getting ready.Met at the venue and he looked gorgeous!Had a really great night,brilliant atmosphere and we laughed all night.Went out separate ways home for Christmas,after a little kiss.Meeting up again soon omg!

Thank you everyone for your lovely comments.With family now until New Year ,feeling optimistic for 2020 !We have another date planned for first week of January.Happy New Year everyone.
