Places to eat in London?

We're in the Westminster area for a night with friends, no idea where is good to eat that's not heaving this time of year. Any tips please? Doesn't have to be near us happy to venture out further.

Book something if you can, it's super busy

It’s difficult to imagine a good place not heaving just before Christmas. I’d definitely book and maybe try a very early or late dinner.
