Maybe a on a while chicken ? Served it up with rice ?

Or perhaps better on wings ?

I don't think it would be nice on a whole chicken as the combination is too sweet and relies on the saltiness of the ham/gammon to balance the flavours.
Might work as a sticky marinade on chicken wings, if you left out the cola and added something like Worcestershire sauce?

I do something similar sounding on chicken but I add soya sauce and garlic to balance the sweetness
