I have had my 12 week scan everything was how it should with a healthy heartbeat but now 13 weeks today and woke up with no symptoms of pregnancy sore breasts have gone nausia not feeling anything would I worry?

No. I never had those symptoms in the first place, and the result of my pregnancy is now at university. Please try not to worry.

I was constantly told through the vomit filled misery of my early pregnancy "ohhh most people stop having morning sickness after 12 weeks!!"

Unfortunately mine continued until 3 days before my baby arrives, but it sounds like yours has eased off, try not to stress :)

If you do have concerns though, even if you think it's just anxiety surrounding the situation, call your midwife. Your mental health is just as important as physical health, and you may feel reassured if you speak to your midwife.
