Does this cut look OK? Pics attached

Stupidly sliced my little finger on a sharp knife while doing the roast on Sunday evening. My hand went down the blade. It is small but I think quite deep, you could kind of see into it.

I washed my hands, applied pressure and put a plaster on. It's since been left to air and had some sudacrem on it.

This was it yesterday (2 days later) and I will post what it looks like this morning

I put a plaster on it last night to protect it. It looked slightly red and painful.

Have just taken the plaster off and it's a little bit weepy and white from the moisture.

Is this to be expected? I have a virus at the moment so already feel under the weather. Hopefully I'm just being anxious for nothing. Thanks!

Hi Op

I work at boots as a dispenser based on the pictures it looks ok but sounds close to an infection and refer you to the pharmacist.

You have been doing all the right things, it will be a little red while its healing but im a bit unsure of the weeping.

If you can pop into a pharmacy and get the pharmacist to have a look, they will be able to get a better idea of it in real life (if that makes sense!)

Thanks for replying @BabySharksMummyShark I will go to the pharmacy later today. It's in such an annoying place!
