Headache and Nausea Bug?

Is there a bug going around that causes headaches and feeling sick? Have had a headache for 2 days and started to feel sick yesterday. Have a mild burning of the throat and feel cold but no other traditional cold symptoms.

Please tell me it's just a bad headache! I'm hosting Yule and Christmas.

I think there are a lot of bugs going around now. I'm suffering with a flu like virus, hot and cold,nausea,aching limbs and headache. I'm hoping I'll be better by Christmas.

We have been coming down with this one by one, first DD then me, now DS. Just waiting on DH getting it (when he does it will be much worse than we have it of course).
Starts with headache and chills, loss of appetite and feeling a bit sick then turns into a sore throat before eventually wearing off. Took DD 4 days to recover she is absolutley fine now. Im 2 days in so far, its grim.

Arh no, I am getting a sore throat. My neck really hurts.

As in headache in my neck.

Sounds like the one of the winter bugs that has done the rounds in my dd's school, the other was d and v, most children and their families and staff have had one or the other to some degree

Oh god you have just described exactly how I feel today really hope it isn't a bug I have way too much to do this week

Me! It's the worst, I am skiing and have felt sick for 4 days :( because it wasn't accompanied by vomiting or diarrhea, I have started to get worried about what on earth this is :(
I thought it was a migraine because it came with a headache...
I went to the Dr who said it's just a gastro bug. Today I am totally fatigued and I'm wondering if it's the anti nausea meds or stage 2 of this awful bug.
