Pre-making pigs in blankets

Ok - I’m planning on making my sausages wrapped in bacon before Xmas.
Should I make, cook and freeze or
Assemble, then freeze uncooked.

I’ve a feeling that cooking, then defrosting will be fine. But looking for a tried abs tested way!

I think freezing raw then defrosting would be best. You could take them out first thing Christmas Eve.

Perfect - I’ll assemble, freeze and then pop in to the fridge to defrost on Xmas eve :)
