Help - M&S flowers, how are they delivered?

Have ordered my wee nan a bouquet for Christmas, not remembering that all her mail (Royal Mail) is redirected to my aunt’s - she has Alzheimer’s .

M&S can’t change the order now, and said they have no idea who handles flower deliveries .

It’s an actual bouquet I’ve bought, not letterbox flowers or anything . I’m hoping it’s sent as a proper bouquet iyswim !

Would they usually go with a courier ie like interflora do it, does anyone know ??

I sent some M&S flowers last week. They were delivered by Yodel.

That sounds promising, thank you ! Hopefully she gets her flowers fine, I know my aunty could probably get them to her by Boxing Day if they are redirected but I’d rather she got them Christmas Eve/Christmas Day .

Yodel last time I used them, too. They arrive in a box and when you open the box the bouquet is inside.
