Ski lift pass help needed please

Posting here for traffic as skiing us so quiet at the moment.

We're looking at booking our lift passes online. We've found a website that seems to be offering a 25% discount on passes, but are worried about purchasing in case we rock up and they're not valid (complete newbies).

Would someone be able to advise please?

This is the website.

We're going to Rauris on the 8th of February, so will need a six day pass for 2 adults/2 children. By my calculations, it should cost €560 on that website. Which is about €150 cheaper than we've found on other sites.

Thanks!

It looks genuine but if you are beginners you may not need full lift passes for the entire duration. Often the nursery slope lifts are free.

If I were you I'd post something like this on a specialised skiing forum, or search for the company name + scam, or something like that. there's plenty of reviews about liftopia out there. Up to you whether you believe the negative ones. Personally, for a first time, I wouldn't take any chances on it going pear-shaped if I was worried at the point I booked. You can always ask about money-off sites in the resort, and resolve to use them next time....

I've had no problems with tickets I've bought via Liftopia in the US, if that helps.

Thanks all.

I've just heard back from the guy who's apartment we're renting and he's reassured us too.

Advice from the ski school we're booked with was that the DC probably won't need thembon day 1 but that we should all have them for the rest of the week.
