When and where will you be buying your xmas veg?

Obviously they are in store now but not sure they will be good after a week. Equally I don't want to leave it too late and be left with the rubbish!

Remember to always take your veg out of the plastic wrapping (if it has it) as soon as you get it home. Newspaper, as a PP said, is good for wrapping it up in and those brown paper bags you get from Primark are great for spuds. The shed is absolutely the best place for it, if you don't have one, put it in the coldest, darkest spot in your dwelling.

I have cheese mountain already! That’s about all though.

Family and work commitments over the weekend, so it'll have to be 23rd or 24th. We have a large Tescos which is about a seven minute walk away, so I'll walk down there sometime.

I bought carrots and sprouts today. Might eat the sprouts over the weekend though. 😋

I love sprouts. However sprout curry is not to be recommended.

I bought mine today from the farm shop. It’s all in a box in the shed. The carrots and potatoes are quite muddy, so should keep well.

I'm picking up a Marks and Spencer christmas food order from the simply food branch near me, first thing on Christmas eve. I'll pick up some nice things while I'm in there, and my son is going to sainsburys at the same time with a list and to pick up whatever alcohol everyone wants.

I'd really rather have it done sooner, but no chance before. I'm only buying for the 3 days, I have a grocery delivery coming on 27th.
